Jim is a proven Chief Executive Officer with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare technology and services sector. Jim has held executive management and board positions in both early stage venture capital back companies and later stage private equity backed companies. Jim’s efforts at these companies resulted in successful exits at Payerpath, Capario, Ontario Systems, Verisma Systems, Imagine Software and Stratasan. Currently, Jim serves on the boards of Millennia Pay, Knowtion Health, Imagine Software, Verisma Systems and Envera Health. In addition to his board roles, Jim provides strategic advisory services to private equity firms interested in investing in healthcare technology and services. Jim is a graduate of the University of Richmond and currently resides in Richmond, VA with his wife (Michele) and three children (Jack, Katie and Sam).
