Greg Odland is the CEO & Cofounder at Playback Health where he is responsible for building a digital health startup of high-achieving professionals to build, launch and scale mobile software technology that helps providers deliver empathy and compassion in every healthcare experience. Playback aims to revolutionize the way that hospital care teams connect with patients, families, and other care professionals to “Curate, Create, and Share” medical information and care instructions that uniquely inform, educate and engage all stakeholders along the patient’s care journey. Prior to Playback Health, Greg spent 25+ years in investment banking, bond arbitrage trading, and portfolio management across several risk-based, buy and sell-side financial service organizations. Greg has a long track record of building and inspiring high-achieving teams of sales, trading and technology professionals. His strengths span high risk-reward environments requiring significant capital investment and subject to high-levels of regulatory scrutiny and oversight. Greg received an MBA from the Kellogg of School of Management (Northwestern University), and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University).
