He served as an Operating Partner at Pamplona Capital Management and as a Board Member at Verisma Systems. He now serves as Advisory Partner at NewSpring Capital, and is also a Founding Partner at Harkness Capital Partners, where he is also an Operating Investor. He notably served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Walt Disney Company from 1989 to 1994, where he founded the Disney Vacation Club. He acted as Director for companies like Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, BENU, Inc., CareGuide, Inc., Vantage Oncology, LLC, Active Day, Inc., Ascension Health Care Network, Inc., Key Health Medical Solutions, Inc., HealthHelp, Inc., Amerifit Brands, Millennium Pharmacy Systems, Inc., and Touchstone Health HMO, Inc. He also has experience as Chief Executive Officer of American WholeHealth Networks, Inc. and AccentCare, Inc.
