In his career, Mr. Becker has been consistently recognized for leading technology companies to impressive financial performance and annual growth rates. He is also credited with building strong executive teams and is known for his impactful operational skills and vision. Notably, in 2000, while Mr. Becker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AXENT Technologies, the company was acquired by Symantec Corporation for $1 Billion; and the Chief Executive Officer of Sourcefire, a world leader in intelligent cybersecurity solutions when it was purchased by Cisco for $2.7B in 2013.
