Brad Wilner is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Services Group, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. With more than 20 years at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, Brad advises a diverse portfolio of clients—including Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and leading nonprofit organizations—on a global scale. Brad specializes in helping corporate occupiers align their business objectives with tailored real estate strategies. He plays a key role in developing and executing customized plans that support long-term growth, operational efficiency, and strategic positioning. His expertise spans portfolio strategy, transaction management, and workplace solutions, all designed to drive value for his clients. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Brad is a consistent Top 10% Producer at CBRE and an active leader in the commercial real estate community. He currently serves as President of the Board for the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA) of Greater Washington, D.C. Beyond his professional work, Brad is a dedicated supporter of pediatric brain cancer research, serving on the Board of The Lilabean Foundation. Brad lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife, Hillary, and their two children.
