Luke Leininger

Luke Leininger is a dynamic force in healthcare innovation, with over two decades of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Luke holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, with a concentration in global healthcare policy.

His career highlights include driving significant growth as the head of Digital Healthcare at Cisco and co-founding the telemedicine company Avizia, which he led to impressive global expansion and a successful acquisition by American Well. Post-Avizia, Luke served in strategic roles for the Presiding Bishopric of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, spearheading initiatives across multiple continents.

More recently, Luke was the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Henry Schein One, where he also managed the high-growth Dental Analytics sector. In his personal life, Luke is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, enjoying Utah’s landscapes with his family.
