Kay helps the Blue Heron team to grow its proprietary network of industry experts and limited partners. Additionally, she manages all aspects of recruitment initiatives, investor relations, and administrative responsibilities. Prior to joining Blue Heron Capital, Kay was working as a Professional Recruiter with Apex Systems. There she was responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of positions within the Healthcare field. Her unique experience includes human resource management, administrative management, general recruitment, and client relations. Kay majored in Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia. She and her husband Patrick reside in Richmond, Virginia.
