He founded ShiftMed in 2014 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since such time. Previously, Todd founded SeniorLiving.net and served as CEO until the business was acquired by RealPage Inc. in 2011. Additionally, Todd previously founded LEADS.com which was acquired by AOL. Todd holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
