- He was previously CEO of Acentia, CEO of the National Federation of Independent Business, co-founder and CEO of Apogen Technologies, and President of McGuireWoods Consulting.
- Todd was named to the Washington Business Hall of Fame’s 2025 Laureate Class and serves on the boards of LMI, Serco North America, and the Peterson Companies.
