Rick Nadeau has more than 40 years of experience in financial operations and government contracting. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Constellis Inc., Empower AI and The Residents Choice. Constellis and Empower AI are government contractors and The Residents Choice is a senior living start-up. Rick served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MAXIMUS, a NYSE listed company, from 2014 through his retirement in December 2021. Mr. Nadeau is responsible for leading the Company’s finance organization, which included corporate controllership, treasury, tax, finance operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning and analysis functions. Mr. Nadeau joined MAXIMUS from SRA International, a NYSE listed company. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer for Mills Corporation and Sunrise Senior Living, both NYSE-listed companies. Prior to that, Mr. Nadeau spent 27 years in public accounting and was a partner with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, where he was the lead engagement and audit partner for several large government and commercial firms. Mr. Nadeau holds a B.S. in commerce and an M.S. in accounting from the University of Virginia.
