- He served as CEO of GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI), a $1+ billion enterprise IT services provider, from 1996 to 2006, and as Chairman from 1998.
- Prior to GTSI, Dendy founded and sold two companies, Falcon Systems and Falcon Microsystems, the latter growing into a nationally recognized federal reseller before its sale to GTSI in 1994.
