Mark is Founder and CEO of Hourigan, a fully integrated construction and development firm based in Richmond that he built from founding in 1993 to more than 200 employees and $460M+ in annual revenue.
Notable Hourigan projects include the VCU Health Adult Outpatient Pavilion, the University of Richmond’s Robins Stadium, and Virginia’s tallest mass-timber building in Charlottesville.
He serves on the Advisory Board of the Virginia Tech School of Building Construction and has chaired GO Virginia Region 4’s GROW Capital Jobs Foundation and ChamberRVA.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Richmond.
