Keith served as CEO of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from 2017 to 2023, growing the company’s brand portfolio from fewer than a dozen brands to 18, including luxury additions like Six Senses and Regent Hotels.
He joined IHG in 2000 following its acquisition of Bristol Hotels & Resorts, and held senior leadership roles across the Americas, Asia, and Greater China, including CEO of IHG Greater China and Chief Commercial Officer.
Since stepping down as CEO, Keith has joined Sixth Street as a Strategic Advisor and serves on the Board of Directors of MGM Resorts International.
He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and received the 2024 Cornell Hospitality Innovator award.
