Ron is an entrepreneur, business leader, investor and consultant with a successful 22-year track record of growing the company he founded, MorganFranklin Consulting.  Ron is also highly active in the greater Washington business community as a philanthropist, advisor and board member.

As co-founder of MorganFranklin, Ron served on the Board of Directors since company formation in 1998 and served as Board Chairman from 2014 to July 2019.  Ron served as President of the firm’s Consulting Business where he led all strategy, delivery, personnel management and business development.  From formation until 2004, Ron served as Chief Financial Officer.

Ron currently serves on the Board of Directors of Azimuth1 which specializes in data analytics products and services in the public safety, security, and public health domains.  He also currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Inadev Corporation, a technology solutions provider delivering solutions to federal agencies and commercial enterprises and FOOP Organic Biosciences, a producer of sustainable fish-based organic plant food.

Prior to founding MorganFranklin, Ron served as Director of Financial Compliance for Concert Communications, a $7 billion global joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom (BT).  Before joining Concert, Ron was a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Ron serves as Board Chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington (JA) and has been a board member of JA since 2013.  Ron is a member of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors and serves on its Honor and Integrity Committee.  He is on the Board of Advisors of Pivotal Moments.  He also served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Growth – National Capital Region and served as its Board President in 2013-14.  Ron has been a member of the Economic Club of Washington since 2008.

Ron graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
