Mark started his career as a CPA auditor with PwC, then served in finance and division CFO roles with increasing responsibilities at Pepsi-Cola Company, Sara Lee, GE, and MeadWestvaco (MWV). At MWV, he was recruited to serve as the first CFO of $2 billion global consumer packaging solutions group. In this capacity, he was responsible for all facets of finance, including controllership, FP&A, treasury and foreign currency, strategy, IT system implementation, and global organization design. Mark has also served in executive M&A, investor relations, global marketing, and product innovation roles for leading consumer, media and manufacturing businesses.
