- Michael is the retired Chairman, President, and CEO of The Brink’s Company, a Richmond-based global security services provider, where he served in that role from 1998 to 2011 after joining the company in 1982.
- During his tenure, he held numerous executive roles across Brink’s operating divisions, including President of Brink’s North American operations and President of Brink’s, Incorporated.
- He has served as Chairman of the HR Committee for Principal Financial Group and Principal Life since 2006, and is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
- Michael studied business and accounting at Morton College and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
