- Joe is CFO of EdgeConneX and brings over 20 years of experience to the senior leadership team, overseeing corporate financial strategy, capital markets, financial planning and reporting, investor relations, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.
- Joe has been instrumental to EdgeConneX’s formation and growth since 2013, initially as an investor and board member, leading equity capital raises, acquisitions, and arranging over $10 billion in debt financing.
- Before EdgeConneX, he was a Principal at TDF Ventures focused on digital infrastructure investments, and earlier helped run corporate development at BSG; he holds a BS from the University of Virginia.
